HINSDALE, N.H. — The defending state champion Hinsdale varsity girls basketball team took care of Concord Christian, 55-11, on Monday evening.

Angelina Nardolillo went off for 19 points to lead the way. Delaney Wilcox followed with 13 points and Audrey Martin finished with eight of her own.

The Pacers (8-0) will play at Pittsfield on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Girls Basketball

Brattleboro 51, Hartford 35

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — Hailey Derosia had a double-double (12 points, 10 rebounds) to help the Colonels improve to 4-4 on the season.

"We picked up our defensive intensity and that led to some baskets and got us rolling," said BUHS coach Paul Freed, whose team trailed 7-6 early on.

Rachael Rooney scored a team-high 15 points for the purple and white. Lauren McKenney (11 points, 6 rebounds) and Sarah Butterfield (4 points, 6 rebounds) also delivered.

MSJ 42, Twin Valley 23

WHITINGHAM — Julia Lee and Jillian Perry paced the winners with 10 and nine points respectively.

Sadie Boyd led the Wildcats with six points. Jarrett Niles and Jayden Crawford added five apiece.

Twin Valley, which fell behind 12-1 in the opening quarter, dropped to 2-6 overall.

Boys Basketball

HINSDALE, N.H. — Dylan Harden exploded for 26 points as host Hinsdale defeated Concord Christian 72-59 on Monday night.

"We had some quality possessions in the last five minutes of the game to secure the win," noted coach Carl Anderson, whose Pacers now have a 3-4 mark.

Hinsdale's Greg Howard and Ryen Leclair contributed with 14 and 13 points respectively.

Adult Basketball

BRATTLEBORO — Houghton downed Chroma 36-29 in a women's league basketball showdown on Monday at the Gibson-Aiken Center. Annie Holiday recorded 17 points to power the winners. Brittany Bailly netted nine.
