Setu Yoga and Meditation
This four-class series will introduces the foundations of the Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa system of yoga—a unique, traditional Indian method of yoga that utilizes a set sequence of poses, individualized instruction, and a focus on the breath as a tool for overall wellness. An introduction to Yoga philosophy will also be included. This series is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as more experienced practitioners who are interested in the Mysore Ashtanga method. Modifications will be offered as needed.
Setu Vermont is a center for yoga and health where people can enjoy a class, workshop or stay overnight, while experiencing the fundamentals of Indian sciences, all amidst the beauty and quiet of the Southern Vermont countryside.
