Editor of the Reformer,

Last August I was a tourist in southern Vermont when I had a problem with the air conditioner on my car. I checked the internet and signed up for an appointment the next day at the Auto Mall not knowing what to expect. I was really pleasantly surprised when I showed up the next morning and met my service advisor, Jeremy. We went over the problem and Jeremy explained the Auto Mall's procedures. About 45 minutes later Jeremy advised me that it was the air conditioner's fan and while they didn't have one in stock they could get one from a local parts store and install it that morning. I agreed to this arrangement; technician Scott installed the motion and I was on my way in about an hour at a very reasonable price. Considering the situation and my expectations I was very pleasantly surprised. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend the Auto Mall in Brattleboro for auto repairs.
