Letter: Justice is needed for loss of two lives
Editor of the Reformer,
I am writing in regards to the tragic death of a young man, Rob Lind ("Plea deal talks continue in fatal crash case," Aug. 7).
He brought so much joy to all those that knew him.
He worked hard, laughed hard, and loved hard.
I wish for his sake, his mother's, and all his family and friends, that justice is served.
Full justice. Two lives were taken on that June afternoon; someone should be held responsible.
When you operate a vehicle, you are putting yourself and others in your hands.
The young woman who was driving needs to take responsibility for her actions.
I would hope and pray a jury would be selected, and justice be found — no plea bargains.
The world lost two beautiful souls. I pray that something good comes from this.
