GUILFORD — Exploring the Universe has been the theme of camps at the Guilford Free Library this summer, and it's time for a universal fire to celebrate campers, readers, and the library. Oscar and his dad, John, will light the fire at 5 p.m. Wednesday. Then the group will break out the hot dogs and later on, the marshmallows. All the children who've been keeping track of the books they read this summer, and all of the campers, will receive a certificate and a book. The event is free, but children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
