Millerick voted Reformer Athlete of the Week

BRATTLEBORO — Brattleboro Union High School student Tyler Millerick received 170 votes to earn Reformer Athlete of the Week honors for Oct. 8-14.

The sophomore played well on both sides of the ball as the BUHS varsity football team beat rival MAU 28-14 in the annual Elwell Trophy game. He threw for 126 yards and two scores on offense to go along with a tackle for loss, interception, and a pass breakup on defense.

Millerick joins BF's Logan Cota, Abbe Cravinho and Sophia Hyslop; Hinsdale's Delaney Wilcox; and Brattleboro teammate Brenden Gilbeau as fall 2017 winners. His prize is two free games of bowling at Brattleboro Bowl, which has a total of 20 lanes and opens at 1 p.m. every day.
