BRATTLEBORO — Fifty-seven people participated in the Brattleboro Reformer's Coach of the Fall poll that sports editor Shane Covey recently posted on his @ShaneCovey Twitter account.

Chad Pacheco, who guided the Brattleboro varsity football team to a perfect 11-0 record, earned 53 percent of the votes. His Colonels won the program's first state championship since 1973 by beating Bellows Falls for the Division 2 title.

Bellows Falls cross-country coach Tim Eno (26 percent), Twin Valley boys soccer coach Buddy Hayford (19 percent) and Brattleboro Unified soccer coach Tyler Boone (2 percent) were the other multiple choice options.
