Police Log

- Brattleboro Police Officers responded to a business on Western Avenue on a report of a citizen dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that Jared A Johnson, 29, of Brattleboro, had verbally assaulted her causing her fear, and took her vehicle. Johnson was found to be on court ordered conditions in which he was ordered not to operate a vehicle and ordered to be at his residence on a 24 hour curfew. Johnson was later located. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. He was ordered held on $2,000 bail and given court ordered conditions by a Judge.

Feb. 12

- Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on School Street for the report of yelling and banging in the residence. Through investigation it was determined Calijah Lindvall, 18, of Brattleboro, assaulted a 46-year-old female at the residence. Lindvall was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing.

Feb. 13

- State Police in Westminster are investigating a burglary into a Westminster trucking business. Adams Trucking and Excavating was burglarized overnight. Forced entry was gained into the rear of the building and several tools were taken.

- At 4:26 p.m., members of the Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Parker Hill Road, in Rockingham, for a report of a physical altercation. Investigation revealed that Katie White, 30, of Bellows Falls, assaulted an individual at the residence. White was later located at her residence in Bellows Falls and was cited for simple assault.

- At 5:17 p.m., a member of the Vermont State Police was on patrol in Londonderry. While monitoring traffic, a vehicle was observed with defective equipment and a motor vehicle stop was initiated. During the stop, the operator was identified as Dylan R. Durham, 23, of Londonderry. A check of DMV records found Durham's privilege to operate a vehicle in Vermont, criminally suspended.

All persons named in the Police Log are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
