March 17

- At 12:40 p.m., a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop in Putney. As a result, Daniel JN Kenny, 25, of Putney was arrested and cited with operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license and possession of more than 5 grams of hashish.

March 18

- At about 3:18 p.m., the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop on Back Westminster Road in Westminster. As a result of that stop, Raelene Smith, 46, of Marlow N.H, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Smith was cited to appear in court at a later date.

March 22

- At 9:40 p.m., a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of the Putney Inn. As a result, Gary J. Gagne, 48, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with driving under the influence.

March 27

- A deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 in Marlboro. As a result, Jasmine K. Brock, 28, of Pownal, was cited with operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license.

- At 5:45 p.m., a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop in Westminster. As a result, Keith Wyman, 56, of Swanzey, N.H., was cited with operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license.

- At 11 p.m., an officer with the Winhall Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 11/30. During the stop, the operator of the vehicle, Paul Gyambibi, 32, of Hartford, Conn., became argumentative and denied a request to search the vehicle, according to a press release. A K-9 was called to the scene, which alerted on the vehicle. The vehicle was impounded and after a search warrant was issued, officers discovered 158 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 101 bags of suspected heroin, 16 suboxone strips and two digital scales.

March 30

- At 4:10 p.m., the New Hampshire State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Old Claremont Road in Charlestown. As a result, Kirk Batchelder, 44, of North Walpole, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

March 31

- At just before 10 p.m., a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in Putney. As a result, Taylor T. Butler, 36, of Dummerston, was arrested and cited with driving under the influence of drugs.

April 5

- At 11:40 p.m., an officer with the Winhall Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 11/30. As a result, Clayton Tobin, 26, of Rupert, was arrested and cited with violating the conditions of his release, and possession of heroin and cocaine. During a search of his vehicle, officers discovered two handguns, 112 bags of suspected heroin, 15 grams of suspected crack cocaine, nine tabs of suspected LSD and two scales.

April 7

- At 8:30 p.m., a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 in Marlboro. As a result, Elijah D. Allen, 29, of Jacksonville, was arrested and cited with driving under the influence.

April 8

- Troopers with the Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 11 in Landgrove near Landgrove Hollow Road. Troopers determined Richard Wheeler, 49, of Bellows Falls, lost control of his vehicle when he attempted to brake on an icy road. His vehicle left the road and struck a telephone pole, causing power lines to fall to the ground. No injuries were reported.
