May 5

Justin Gray, 25, of Dummerston, was cited by New Hampshire State Police for DUI, open container, and yellow/solid line violation following a traffic stop on Route 9 in Keene, N.H.

May 8

Koree Hudgins, 24, of Bellows Falls, was cited by New Hampshire State Police for disorderly conduct, obstructing government administration, and resisting arrest on Route 12 in Walpole, N.H.

May 18

- At 10:18 p.m., officers from the Bellows Falls Police Department were dispatched to a report of a vehicle driving erratically and ultimately crashing into a parked vehicle on Henry Street. Investigation revealed that Colin W. Ladd, of Bellows Falls, was the operator and was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. He was arrested for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Ladd was cited into Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division for the above offenses at a later date.

May 23

- At 12:58 a.m., Vermont State Police troopers observed a vehicle traveling south on I-91 in Rockingham. Troopers determined the vehicle was traveling at 87 miles per hour in a posted 55-mph work zone. The operator, Abdikadr M. Hussein, 27, of Springfield, Massachusetts was arrested for excessive speed and negligent operation and issued a ticket for having no license.
