- In the evening hours, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Oak Street for a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that Cecelia M. Brooner, 22, of Brattleboro had caused minor bodily damage to her boyfriend. Brooner was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was processed, and lodged briefly. Brooner was subsequently released on a citation for domestic assault and given conditions of release. Brooner was scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
