Rowe, Adams, May, Ross III win Fun Run races

BRATTLEBORO — Jenny Rowe put the hammer down along Upper Dummerston Road, winning the one-mile race in 7:45 and also earning the bronze medal in the two-miler during Week 5 of the Red Clover Rovers' Virtual Fun Run Series.

Chuck Adams, Jack May and Fred Ross III also won a race. Adams nipped Tony Blofson for the two-mile title, May prevailed in the three-mile heat, and Ross III was the trail course champion.

The annual Bill Powers Memorial Firecracker 4-Miler is also going virtual. Runners are asked to run a four-mile distance of their choice between June 29 and July 5 in order to participate. Visit RunSignUp.com for more information.
