Ruffo is new community engagement coordinator


WALPOLE, N.H. — Savings Bank of Walpole has selected Danielle Ruffo to fill the newly created role of community engagement coordinator and assistant to the president. Ruffo has been with the bank since 2007 and has served in a variety of roles over the years including retail, lending, operations and finance.

In her new position, Ruffo will direct SBW's relationships with the many community organizations and initiatives the bank supports including engaging staff in numerous volunteer activities.

"We're excited to welcome Danielle to this new position," says Mark Bodin, president of Savings Bank of Walpole. "A primary focus of her job will be to help SBW in our ongoing quest to support the many organizations that make this community great. With her expertise, enthusiasm and passion for her work and our community, Danielle is a terrific choice and the perfect person to move us forward."

Ruffo is a native of the Monadnock region and graduated from Fall Mountain Regional High School and Keene State College. Outside of the office, she is actively involved in the community and has worked with many local youth organizations, serving as Board Treasurer of Keene Housing Kids Collaborative and as a member of the Keene Family YMCA's newly formed Community Coalition on Youth. In addition, Ruffo was a Monadnock United Way Loaned Employee in 2017. She lives in Swanzey with her husband and two children.
