Sunday Sounds returns to 118 Elliot

Sunday Sounds' guest is John Loggia

Participants are invited to engage in quiet contemplation while listening to intentional, one-hour performances by guest "sound artists" on Sundays from 11 a.m. to noon, at 118 Elliot St. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. and tea is served following the experience. The events are free. Donations are welcome.

Participants often engage in quiet movement such as yoga or stretching and yoga mats and blankets are provided. The goal is to release people from the churning of their daily lives to share an experience of relaxation and self-reflection.

The series begins the Sunday, and will continue through December. John Loggia will be this Sunday's performer, Sept. 24.
