Twin Valley boys return 2 starters

BRATTLEBORO — The Twin Valley varsity boys basketball team is aiming for another Division 3 Final 4 appearance after losing to Hazen in a semifinal game last season.

"I'm looking to play lots of bodies and keep the pace as up-tempo as possible," said Twin Valley coach Chris Brown, whose team went 16-7 a year ago. "We'll have to see what unfolds over the next few weeks, as we've had very competitive practices."

Logan Park and Dylan Howe are the lone returning starters for the Wildcats. They scored 84 and 75 points respectively last season, ranking fourth and fifth behind dangerous weapons Brett Swanson, Skyler Boyd and Ethan Fox.

"I'm looking for them to fill a bigger role, as well as the remaining seniors and returner Jack McHale. Newcomers Dylan Dupuis, Connor Dupuis, Colin McHale and Izaak Park will add depth," commented coach Brown.

The Wildcats will scrimmage Franklin County Tech before opening up at Proctor on Dec. 14 at 7 p.m.
